Intro to Olympic Weightlifting - $20.00

During the course participants will learn the basic fundamentals and techniques of Olympic Weightlifting. Through this 6 week course participants will practice the clean, snatch, and jerk lifts while incorporating high intensity conditioning drills. This course is designed to not only teach Olympic weightlifting technique but also integrate anaerobic training and conditioning. This class will be catered to all fitness levels! You must be a current Rec Sports member to enroll

All participants will receive Rec Sports swag for attending the course! There is a minimum of 5 registrants per class and is limited to 10 members. The class meets at Jesse Owens North.

Registration for this course is $20 per person and will open on Monday January 7, at noon
