Kettlebell Resistance Training - $20.00

Discover how one single kettlebell can help develop your strength and power as well as your cardiovascular endurance. Learn and master kettlebell training techniques on a weekly basis, as well as achieve a great workout all in one! There is a minimum of 5 registrants per class, and space is limited to 12 per class. Attendees will also receive Rec Sports swag at the first class! You must be a current Rec Sports member to enroll.

The class meets in RPAC B20 Multipurpose Room.

Registration for this course is $20 per person and will open on Tuesday August 20, at noon.
